Warranty
Note: in this document "we" and "us" refer to The DryFire Corporation Ltd in the UK. Details on the contacts page.
General warranty
- We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) if a unit is returned to us, complete and in as-new condition, within 14 days of original shipment.
- We offer a six months return-to-base warranty.
- The warranty period starts the date the system is first shipped from the UK because we have no control over other dates.
- We keep our repair cost to an absolutely minimum (we cover our costs) to provide you with the best possible service.
- We cannot warranty any units that have been modified in any way since they left us.
- We cannot warranty any units operated with software not provided directly by us.
Important notes
- These terms apply if you purchased your system directly from us in the UK.
- Please contact your dealer if you purchased outside the UK.
Repairs within warranty period
Outside warranty
- The customer pays the cost of returning the unit to us.
- Charges for repairs are shown in the price list.
- Return shipment is charged to the customer at cost price.
- All units are programmed, calibrated and tested before return shipment - they go through the same procedures as new units.
